(HockeyStL) – The hold-out is over as the St. Louis Blues and forward Jaden Schwartz agreed to a two-year deal Saturday, according to the club.
Schwartz, 22, had 25 goals and 56 points in 80 games for the Blues last season and he had yet to report to training camp. According to the Blues, he’s expected to be on the ice on Monday. Saturday evening, Schwartz tweeted out excitment to get back on the ice.
Very excited and honoured to be back in the blue note for at least a couple more years! Thanks for all the support #LGB
