A vacant house torn down in East St. Louis is still causing problems for elderly neighbor

(KMOV.com) – An elderly woman fought with leaders in East St. Louis to tear down a vacant house in March and News 4 took her concerns to the mayor. However, now with the house torn down, workers left debris and a big hole that has led to a mosquito problem.
Because of the mess, Dorothy White can’t sit on the porch of the home she’s lived in for 34 years and News 4’s Sharon Reed went back to Mayor Alvin Parks for answers.
