ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – The St. Louis City Municipal Court will grant forgiveness for anyone with an outstanding warrant starting Monday at 8:00 a.m.
Thousands are expected to show up to the courthouse on Market Street. Anyone who decides to have their warrants forgiven will be required to pay $35. However, by paying the $35, all active warrants will be canceled no matter how long or how many a person has.
After paying them off, a new court date will be issued. Anyone with a warrant for DWI, DUI, or leaving the scene cannot participate and could have fines due at the next court date.
The event will start Monday, September 22 and go until Friday, September 26 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. everyday.
