(KMOV.com) -- Police say two suspects are in custody following a report of prescription fraud in Troy, Missouri.
Ernest Lee Burke Jr. and Dominique Lamont Williams have been charged with trafficking in stolen identities and fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.
According to a press release, the incident occurred at a Walgreens at 100 Jason Drive on September 10.
Police say a store employee told them two men came to the pharmacy with two prescriptions in the name of Merleces Brown and Burke presented identification with that name. The prescriptions were for Oxycodone and Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride. Burke was given both prescriptions and left the store.
Burke and Williams returned to Walgreens the following day with two prescriptions for Calvin Wade again for Oxycodone and Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride, according to police. Authorities say that's when the store employee contacted police.
The press release states that when the officer arrived he saw a white 2014 Dodge Charger with two people that matched the suspects' descriptions. As the officer conducted a traffic stop he saw several Florida drivers' licenses inside the car and said the suspects could not explain where the licenses came from.
The cash-only bonds for Burke and Williams are set at $100,000.
