ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Three people, including an infant, are listed in critical condition and two are in stable condition after a violent night in St. Louis.

At 10:06 p.m. Wednesday, homicide was requested after a father was and his 1-year-old son were shot in the back in the 6000 block of Emma in north St. Louis. Police say both victims are currently listed in critical condition.

Less than 20 minutes later, a 20-year-old man was shot in the 2600 block of Rutger. The victim is listed in stable condition, police say.

More than an hour later, at 11:43 p.m., authorities were called to north St. Louis for a shooting at Goodfellow and McLaran. Police say the male victim suffered multiple graze wounds to the chest, head and shoulder. He was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

Around 12:10 a.m. Thursday, a man was shot in the stomach in the 5000 block of Cates. Authorities say he is currently in critical condition at a local hospital. 

No other details were immediately available.
