ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Police are searching for a suspect in connection to a robbery at a PNC Bank in north St. Louis on Saturday morning.

Authorities say the male suspect entered the bank, located in the 4300 block of North Grand, around 10:20 a.m. He allegedly presented a note demanding money, then fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s, between 5'6" and 5'7" tall. He was reportedly wearing a turqoise, patterned jacket with a hood, knit ski cap and dark pants.

Police say the suspect will be covered in dye stains, as a result of anti-robbery dye packs.

Officials are offering a $1,000 reward for tips leading to a felony arrest. Anyone with information on the crime is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS.
