FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) – Three people were taken into custody after the Franklin County Narcotics Enforcement Unit targeted a home Thursday afternoon.

Narcotics investigators partnered with the Franklin County SWAT unit to place a house in the Del Vista Acres subdivision at Villa Ridge under surveillance for suspicion of drugs.

Officers obtained a search warrant for the home and seized marijuana, suspected methamphetamine and a handgun that was later identified as being stolen, police say.

John Wayne Henry, 33, is charged with two counts of possession with an intent to deliver methamphetamine. He is also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The firearm recovered was reportedly stolen in November 2014 in Franklin County.

Henry previously served prison time on a conviction for a drug offense, according to police.

Henry is currently in custody on a $50,000 bond.

Tina Bean, 46, from St. Clair, Missouri, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Franklin County.

An unidentified 39-year-old Union, Missouri woman was stopped after being seen leaving the suspect home. The woman had just over 3 grams of methamphetamine on her when she was stopped by police.
