Ferguson man charged with shooting same man 2-years apart, murdering him

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A man from Ferguson, Missouri has been charged with murdering a man last year and for shooting the same man in 2012.
Thirty-year-old Kenneth L. Moore, of the 1500 block of Northwinds Estates Drive, was charged with murdering 25-year-old Terrell Bass on Dec. 3. Police say Moore also shot Bass multiple times on July 2, 2012.
Following the first shooting, Moore was placed on a “wanted” list.
On Dec. 3, Bass was shot while sitting in a 2013 Chevrolet Impala on Terry Avenue. According to Bass’ brother, who was with him at the time of the shooting, Moore pulled alongside their vehicle, extended his arm out of the driver’s window and shot multiple times.
Bass sustained a gunshot wound to the head.
Bass’ brother drove away from the scene, fearing the suspect would return, and notified police.
The brother identified the suspect in a photo array as he has known the alleged shooter for several years.
