Reward offered to solve church arson in Country Club Hills

(KMOV.com) – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) is offering a $20,000 reward for anyone who has information that will lead to the arrest of the person who set fire to a church in Country Club Hills.

Authorities said someone set fire to Flood Christian Church on West Florissant Avenue the night the grand jury decision in the Michael Brown case was announced.  Brown’s father is a member of the church.

No adjacent buildings were damaged. According to ATF, 26 fires were set the night of the grand jury’s decision. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-888-283-3473.
