The paper spoke with News 4’s Mike Colombo after several subscribers complained that they were being a charged a digital fee even though they do not read the paper online.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Some customers of the St. Louis Post Dispatch are cancelling their subscriptions; they claim they were forced to pay for a service they were not using.
