CAHOKIA, Ill. (AP) -- A southwestern Illinois post office will reopen next week after workers found high levels of mold inside the building.
The Cahokia post office was closed last weekend, along with postal facilities in Alorton and Dupo.
Crews spent the past week cleaning up the Cahokia facility to make it safe for workers and customers.
The U.S. Postal Service hasn't said when the other two post office branches will reopen.
While they're shut, customers with post office boxes can get their mail at the East St. Louis post office.
