(KMOV.com) -- Ted Drewes Frozen Custard’s south St. Louis location reopened Monday, a day after an electrical fire caused employees to evacuate the building.

Authorities said employees arrived to work at the Chippewa location at 11 a.m. Sunday and smelled smoke and called 911. Firefighters said they believe the fire started in the roof and caused only minor damage to the building.

The Ted Drewes Chippewa location closed after the fire, but reopened Monday at 11 a.m. as usual.
