(KMOV.com) -- Four people were without a place to stay following a fire in north St. Louis Sunday night.
According to authorities, the fire started in the bedroom of the single family home in the 5000 block of Arlington around 11:46 p.m.
Firefighters said upon their arrival they found heavy flames in the back of the house.
The Red Cross responded to the scene and assisted four adults displaced in the fire.
The cause of the fire is unknown and authorities are investigating.
No injuries were reported.
