FBI: Man who held up Shrewsbury bank may be linked to 5 other robberies

(KMOV) -- Police are looking for a man who robbed a Shrewsbury bank at gunpoint.
It happened just after 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the First Bank in the 7400 block of Watson Road.
According to the FBI, the suspect walked into the bank, approached the teller and demanded money while displaying a handgun.
The man left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
Investigators believe the suspect may be responsible for five other recent bank robberies. Those robberies happened on March 4 and January 31, at the Regions Bank on Kingshighway, February 22, at the Regions Bank on Hampton, January 12, at the Southern Commercial Bank on Lindbergh and on December 6, at the First Bank on Telegraph.
The suspect is described as a black man in his late 30s. He has a medium tall and is between 5’7-5’10. He was last seen wearing a dark zip-up hoodie and jeans.
