(KMOV) – The St. Louis County Police Department is cracking down on impaired drivers this weekend. It is part of a statewide campaign to reduce the deaths and injuries caused my impaired drivers.
The St. Louis County Police Department will conduct sobriety checkpoints and DWI patrols. Officers will also issue citations for seat belt and other variations.
Consequences of drunk driving include jail time, loss of their driver’s license, or being sentenced to use ignition interlocks.
