ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – Three people were injured in a shooting that happened around 9 p.m. Wednesday in south St. Louis, police say.

The shooting took place outside of an apartment complex in the 1400 block of Rutger in south city.

The victims are a 19-year-old man, an 18-year-old man and a 21-year-old man. They were all shot in the leg.

The victims tell St. Louis police that were standing outside when they saw an SUV heading east on Rutger.
The SUV stopped in front of the victims and someone inside started firing shots.

 

 

 

 

According to the victims, the SUV then sped away from the scene.

Police say the victims gave conflicting descriptions of the SUV.

All three men are in serious condition.
