Porter-Dill Quick Bread
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground mustard seeds
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1/4 cup minced fresh dill
12 ounces (1 bottle) porter beer - we'll use Boulevard's Bully! Porter on the show.
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8-by-4-inch loaf pan.
2. Stir together the dry ingredients, then stir in the beer. It should form a moist mixture that's a little thicker than pancake batter.
3. Pour dough into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
4. Carefully remove the bread from the loaf and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
