(KMOV)-- A St. Louis County woman already behind bars could face more prison time.
She was sentenced with shaking and severely injuring a 2 month old girl. The girl died 13 years later.
Amy Johnson, 44, was originally charged with assault for shaking Kelsey McGinnis in 1994. McGinnis died in 2007.
This week, Johnson pled guilty to manslaughter and could face 14 years in prison. Prosecutors say the case could set a ground breaking precedent for future child abuse cases.
