(KMOV) -- A St. Louis Circuit Judge ordered the St. Louis Police Department board to release all files relating to its investigation of the World Series ticket scandal.
Seventeen police officers were disciplined for scalping tickets and giving them to family and friends. A local man sued in 2007 under the Missouri Sunshine Law, seeking more information about the case. The judge said the police board must comply.
