(KMOV) -- An off-duty police officer and a restaurant accused of serving her alcohol have reached a multi-million dollar deal with the family of four people killed in a crash.
As part of the settlement, Christine Miller and O'Leary's Restaurant and Pub will pay a combined $2.5 million dollars. Miller was a Sunset Hills police officer.
The lawsuit claimed bartenders at the restaurant knew Miller was drunk, but continued to serve her alcohol.
