St. Louis - Workers spent part of Saturday getting ready for Sunday's "Go St. Louis" marathon, starting at the Soldier's Memorial Military Museum.
Installing guard rails and porta potties were just some of the things workers did to prepare for the event, which is expected to bring 70,000 runners and spectators to downtown St. Louis.
A marathon, half marathon, and marathon relay will all be run as a part of the festivities. All events are scheduled to get under way at 7 a.m.
The half-marathon winner is expected to cross the finish line at about 8:05 a.m., with the winner of the full marathon projected to finish at around 9:20 a.m.
