(KMOV) -- A vice president for Toyota was in St. Louis on Wednesday to answer questions about the company's problems. This visit comes after CBS News reported that Toyota warned European dealers about acceleration problems months before they warned dealers.
During the visit, a technician showed off the "brake override system" for 2011 cars. Just as the name implies, when you hit the brake, it overrides the accelerator, stopping the car.
News 4's Marc Cox had the opportunity to interview the executive to see if Toyota thinks those problems have ended.
