Baby Arugula 0.5 oz. 0.28

Parmesan Cheese - Shaved 1/2 oz. 0.11
Season steak with salt and pepper and grill to desired doneness.
Blanch asparagus in salted boiling water.
Remove from heat and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Toss arugula with olive oil, pine nuts, salt and pepper.
Drizzle balsamic syrup on plate and top with steak.
Place arugula on top of steak.
Lean asparaus on steak and top with shaved parmesan cheese.
