Madison, Illinois (KMOV) -- Charges have been filed against the alleged gunman in a random shooting that left a two-year-old boy injured.
Prosecutors charged Emmitt Gordon, Jr. with the shooting that injured Joshua Martin.
The toddler was sitting in a house in Madison, Illinois when he was hit in the face by a stray bullet.
Police say that the shot was fired from a couple of blocks away.
