(KMOV)-- News 4 has learned of more accusations against a Ballwin woman accused of sexually assaulting a 13 month old baby.
A year and a half ago, one of Tessa Vanvlerah's neighbors accused her of having sex with the neighbor's 16 year old autistic son. A judge ordered a full order of protection requiring Vanvlerah to stay away from the boy.
In the complaint, the boy's mother accused her of seducing the child and having intercourse with him. The boy's mother told News 4 that they decided not to pursue criminal charges at the time because the case was so difficult for her son.
On Wednesday, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Vanvlerah, 20, with one count of first-degree statutory rape, first-degree statutory sodomy, promoting child pornography and at least one other sexual related charge.
