St. Louis (KMOV) – St. Louis police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a man that robbed a local credit union.

The incident happened on Thursday around 2 p.m. at the St. Louis Community Credit Union located in the 4400 block of Chippewa. The suspect claimed to have a weapon when he demanded money from the teller.  No one was injured in the robbery.

Security cameras were rolling during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’11”, 250 pounds and 35-40 years old. He was wearing a black coat, gray jogging pants and a black hat with the word “Kangol” and a kangaroo graphic on the front. He had a noticeable gap between his two upper front teeth. The suspect drove away in a beige vehicle, possibly an older model Dodge sedan.
