Nobody injured after plane makes emergency landing in St. Charles County

(KMOV.com) – Authorities said a plane made an emergency landing in St. Charles County Friday afternoon.
Authorities told News 4 the pilot sent out the signal for an emergency landing close to 1:15 p.m. because the plane was having engine trouble. He then landed the plane in cornfield near the intersection of Highway 94 and Howell Road near Defiance. Both the pilot and passenger were not injured. The plane is a Beechcraft Bonanza model.
The plane was going from Cleveland to Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield.
