(KMOV) – St. Louis City officials announced a new online tool to help keep neighborhoods safe.
It’s called NextDoor, a private social network for neighborhoods that lets residents communicate with the people in the community about suspicious activity around the area.
Police and emergency officials will also be using it to share information about services and emergency notifications that are neighborhood-specific.
Nextdoor is technology that we always search for in support... keep this city strong,” said
NextDoor is free for St. Louis residents and the city. Click here to sign up for the program.
