This shooting happened in the 3000 block of Audubon Avenue around 7:30 p.m.  Police said they do not have any suspects and don't know why the victims, both in their 20's, were targeted.

Police were able to confirm that the gunman wore ski masks to hide their faces and were dressed in dark clothing. The weapons believed to be use in the shooting were an AK 47, used by one, and two 9-mm handguns used by the other.

The first victim was shot as he ran from the suspects and later died at the hospital. The second victim is said to be in critical condition.

The victim who was killed did live at the residence where the shooting occurred. A birthday party was also taking place in that home when the shooting happened.

Police say that someone from the home drove the victims to Touchette Regional Hospital.  Police then learned about the shooting after someone from that hospital contacted them saying they had two gunshot victims.
