Morning Milkshakes

Fruity Milkshake
1 cup fresh organic OJ
1/2 cup soy milk or a blob of Greek Yogurt
1 frozen banana cut into bite size pieces
1 cup frozen pineapple (any frozen or fresh fruit may be used, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mangoe or combinations of any of these, pineapple/mangoe for instance) a small slice of fresh ginger adds a little zing, and is good for the digestion.

Peanut Butter Milkshake
1 big cup soy milk
Good splash of OJ
1 and 1/2 frozen banana
2 TBL peanut butter
1 small slice of ginger
pinch of cinnamon and freshly ground nutmeg
