(FootballStL) -- St. Louis Rams cornerback Justin King will probably need surgery which will end his season with only one game left to repair an injured shoulder, according to Steve Spagnuolo.
It has not be determined if the team will place King on the Injured Reserve with only one game left this season.
King, 24, has stepped in relief for the depleted secondary for the Rams this season, but has not played since Week 14 against the Seattle Seahawks.
King has started in all 12 games which he has played in this season and recorded his first career sack in Week 1 against the Philadelphia Eagles. He also intercepted his first career pass in Week 4 against the Washington Redskins.
