Raspberry Chipotle Brie Cups with Caramelized Walnuts
4 oz Brie round, chopped into ½ “ pieces
3 tablespoons Raspberry Chipotle Chutney (Fig Preserves may be substituted)
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Walnut Pieces
30 Phyllo Cups
Preheat oven 400
Cut Brie into ½” pieces so that it fits into Phyllo Cup. Top the Brie with walnut
pieces and a pinch of brown sugar. Finish with a dollop of Chutney.
Bake 400 for 15-20 min. Served with fresh raspberries.
