(KMOV) -- It took firefighters nearly two hours to gain control of a fire in a four family flat in north St. Louis late Sunday night.
The flat, located at the intersection of Union Boulevard and Ashland Avenue, caught fire around 11:15 p.m.
According to fire officials, crews could not enter the building since the structure was considered to be unstable. Firefighters fought the flames for nearly two hours before gaining control of the fire.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
