PHOENIX (CBS 5) -- An Arizona woman allegedly yelling "I am going to kill you" is accused of trying to run over a man three times while he was walking his dogs on Monday, a court document stated.

Theresa Depiero, 75, of Litchfield Park, was booked in to the Fourth Avenue Jail on one count of deadly aggravated assault.

The victim, Mark Colantonio, told police he was walking his two dogs on Oregon toward 179th Drive when a motorist passed him, stopped and began yelling obscenities at him.
Colantonio said he did not initially recognize the motorist until he realized it was the same woman he was accused of assaulting earlier last year after their dogs had gotten into a fight.
As he continued to walk along, the woman, identified as Depiero, turned her vehicle around and drove directly toward him screaming obscenities and threatening his life, according to a probable cause statement.
Colantonio said he jumped off the roadway to avoid being hit. He started walking again and told police that Depiero tried to run him over two other times. He said he ran into a residential driveway trying to escape from her path.
The victim said he noticed Depiero eventually left the area but stopped to talk to neighbors. Colantonio and a witness called 911 and when sheriff's deputies arrived, they took Depiero into custody.
Depiero told deputies all she wanted to do was "scare" Colantonio, according to the court document.
