Call Colombo: Fee on Post Dispatch bill leads some to cancel subscription
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Some customers of the St. Louis Post Dispatch are cancelling their subscriptions; they claim they were forced to pay for a service they were not using.
This is not the first time Mike Colombo has heard this complaint.
A few months ago, a woman told us the post wouldn't waive the digital fee for her either, even though she doesn't even own a computer! Like our most-recent complaint, Gary, - she cancelled her subscription.
