JEFFERSON COUNTY (KMOV.com) – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two men seen on surveillance video stealing from a local business.

According to Sheriff Oliver “Glenn” Boyer, an employee of Bucheits, located in the 4500 block of Old Gravois Road, notified authorities of the theft on Monday around 3:10 p.m.

When authorities arrived, they were told two pressure washers and a log splitter, which were chained to the front entrance of the store, were missing.

Surveillance footage shows a silver four door Dodge pickup truck pull onto the parking lot at 4:06 a.m. Then, a white man is seen cutting the chain with bolt cutters while another helps to remove the stolen items.

The suspect vehicle was last seen making a right turn onto Highway M.
