OVERLAND, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A man has been charged with four felonies following a hobby store burglary in late November.
Police said 34-year-old Randy Gerstacker, Jr. stole more than $1200 in merchandise from the North Central Hobbies store in Overland.
Gerstacker allegedly resisted arrest by police and kicked a police dog in the head while refusing to surrender.
Police said they found white powder and knife on Gerstacker and stolen goods in his vehicle.
Gerstacker has been charged with 2nd Degree Burglary, Stealing Over $500, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Resisting arrest, all felony charges.
