ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Authorities are searching for a man suspected of robbing a South City 7-Eleven early Monday morning.
According to police, a white man armed with a gun entered the store in the 4900 block of Christy around 4:30 a.m. The suspect fired a shot towards the cashier and took the store’s cash register and two packs of cigarettes during the robbery.
The suspect fled the scene on foot.
There were no injuries.
Police describe the suspect as a man in his 20’s, roughly 5-foot-10, with a slim build. At the time of the robbery the suspect was wearing a blue ski jacket with the hood up and a black skull cap underneath, blue jeans, a yellow glove on his right hand, a red glove on his left hand and a black handkerchief over his face.
