NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) - A man who police say pulled a gun on McDonald's employees for getting his order wrong has been arrested.

Police had been looking for Walter Noble since Dec. 26 when they say he became irate at the restaurant on Eaton's Creek Road in Joelton when his order came out wrong.

According to the affidavit, Noble walked outside and threw his food on the ground. He then started screaming at a mentally challenged employee who came to clean up the mess.

Other employees came over to ask Noble to leave, which is when police say Noble pulled out a handgun and told them to back up.

Back on Dec. 23, another man allegedly pulled a gun on McDonald's employees at the Brick Church Pike location because of a missing cheeseburger.
