ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- A St. Louis man is facing five charges, including two counts of armed criminal action, attempted rape, second degree assault and first degree burglary in a New Year's Eve incident.
In a probable cause statement, the circuit attorney's office alleges that Ricky Vo, 44, of the 5000 block of Grace Avenue, knocked on the door of a female and when she did not let him in, forced his way in. Vo allegedly forced the victim to sit down and he pulled out a knife.
When she asked him why he was doing this, Vo motioned the knife across his throat, pointed to her genitals and yelled an explicit phrase at her.
The victim ran from Vo, who then stabbed her in the back shoulder.
