(KMOV.com) – Two men from southeast Missouri are facing charges after they allegedly stole an excavator from a cemetery that is used to dig graves.

Rusty Baker and Dusty Baker, of Matthews, have been charged with receiving stolen property and altering or removing a number to deprive the owner.

Both men are accused of stealing a John Deere excavator that belongs to a funeral home.

The suspects are being held in the Pemiscot County Jail on a $25,000 cash only bond.
