COLLINSVILLE, Ill. (KMOV.com) - A Collinsville woman has been accused of robbing two banks and attempting to rob a third before apologizing and leaving the money behind.
Easter Kimison, 37, is charged with robbing the First Collinsville Bank in Caseyville and Maryville.
Prosecutors say she was in the process of robbing the Bank of Edwardsville in Swansea when she suddenly changed her mind and began apologizing to the teller.
Kimison told the teller that she needed the money for rent, but then left without the cash.
Kimison faces 20 years on each the three charges against her.
