COLLINSVILLE, Ill. (KMOV.com) – A Collinsville, Illinois woman has been charged with three counts of bank burglary for incidents that took place in November and December.

Easter Jimison, 37, allegedly took $4,621 in cash from the First Collinsville Bank in Caseyville, Illinois on November 7.

Less than a month later, on December 5, Jimison is suspected of attempting to rob a Bank of Edwardsville in Swansea, Illinois. Jimison told the bank teller she could not go through the robbery and made excuses stating she needed the money for rent, according to court documents.

Five days later, Jimison allegedly took $1,1440 from the First Collinsville Bank in Maryville, Illinois.

In all three robberies a note was handed to the cashier which had instructions for them to follow.

If convicted, Jimison could face up to 20 years on each bank burglary and a $250,000 fine.
