Wind Chill Advisory issued for St. Louis-area

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – The St. Louis-area will be under a Wind Chill Advisory from 6:00 a.m. Wednesday to 9:00 a.m. Thursday.

4Warn Meteorologist Kent Ehrhardt says temperatures will starts in the teens Wednesday morning but will steadily drop to the single-digits throughout the day. He says the wind chill will be between -5 and -15 throughout Wednesday.

Ehrhardt says the wind will back off a bit overnight but wind chills will still be below 0.

On Thursday, temperatures will rise quickly with sunshine to start the day. He says Thursday’s wind chill will be near 10 with a high of 24 predicted.
