St. Louis, Mo. (KMOV) – A water main break near the St. Mary’s Health Center forced lane closures while crews worked to make repairs Friday morning.
The water main break forced one eastbound lane of Clayton Rd. and one southbound lane of Hanley Rd. to close
Missouri American Water said the break was 20 inches in diameter and happened right beneath a stop light at the Clayton Rd. and Hanley Rd. intersection. The stop light was not working as a result of the break.
According to St. Mary’s Health Center, The water main break occurred around 9:30 p.m. Thursday night on a connecting line. The St. Mary’s Health Center said the water main break caused lower water level pressure and air condition unit pressure at the center.
