(KMOV) – Authorities say an inmate stabbed another inmate with a homemade shank at the St. Louis Justice Center Saturday night.
According to police, several inmates were fighting at the justice center in the 200 block of S. Tucker around 5 p.m. when a 24-year-old got stabbed.
The victim was transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
Police say the victim refused to tell officers what happened or who may have cut him. Warrants have been issued for a 20-year-old and 35-year-old man.
The investigation is ongoing.
