1 pound Fresh Goats cheese
3 Tablespoons minced red onion
4 Tablespoons Capers
3 Tablespoons minced Italian Parsley
3 Tablespoons minced Rosemary
1 Tablespoons minced Thyme
2 teaspoons Sea salt
Fresh Ground Black pepper
2 Pieces Garlic Cloves minced
Canned Piquillo Peppers

INSTRUCTIONS soften the goat’s cheese, mince all vegetables and herbs, add to a bowl and mix well. stuff each pepper with 1 ounce stuffing 2 Tablespoons = 1 ounce

Piquillo peppers are wonderful sweet hand roasted and peeled red peppers from Spain. Great cold or sliced in a hot dish.
