(KMOV) – Roads are not the only problem during this winter storm as many Illinois residents are also dealing with power outages.
According to Ameren Illinois, the entire town of Salem in Marion County is without power. The town has about 8,000 residents.
In Randolph County, about 22 percent of Ameren Illinois customers have no power. That’s about 2,200 people.
Those in St. Clair and Madison counties have been affected the least, where less than one percent of residents are without power.
