(KMOV)-- A St. Louis teenager has been charged in four separate incidents, with crimes ranging from robbery to rape.
Thirty-two warrants were issued against Clarence Smith, 17, of the 3100 block of Sheridan.
Police say the first incident occurred on December 12th, when he approached a 19-year-old woman with a gun in the 3500 block of Bingham. Smith reportedly forced her into a carport, robbed the victim, and then raped her.
On December 21st, authorities say Smith approached another 19-year-old woman with a gun and forced her into the back of a vacant building in the 3100 block of Brantner. Police believe he stole the victim’s cell phone and ID before raping her.
Investigators say Smith then attacked two women on January 25th.
Officials report Smith forced a 34-year-old woman to the back of a building in the 3700 block of Page. He reportedly displayed a knife, and took her cell phone before raping her.
On the same day, the teenager allegedly approached a third 19-year-old in the 1100 block of N. Grand and told her he had a gun. Police say he took the victim’s scarf and a bus pass.
In all, Smith is charged with four counts of 1st Degree Robbery, 16 counts of Armed Criminal Action, four counts of Forcible Sodomy, five counts of Forcible Rape, and three counts of Kidnapping.
All the charges were issued Friday.
Smith is being held on a $300,000 cash only bond.
