Two men in custody for robbing bank, American Legion Post

(KMOV) – Two men are arrested and charged with burglarizing the First National Bank and American Legion Post 564 on April 3 in Worden, Illinois.

Charles Swan was arrested on April 26 in regards to acting as a lookout while the bank was robbed.  The 29-year-old was not a part of the American Legion Post 564 break-in.  His bail has been set at $65,000.

Terry Swan turned himself into the Madison County Sheriff’s Office on April 27.  The 28-year-old entered the bank and stole $15,000 from a safe.  Police also believe he is responsible for breaking and entering into the American Legion Post 564.   His bail has been set at $85,000.
